Hello and thanks for visiting! My name is Andrea Sandry and I'd love the opportunity to help you reach your creative project goals! Growing up mostly Italian, I always let my hands do the talking! I need to keep my hands busy, whether through painting, scrapbooking, or creating any other fun ideas that my mind find inspiration to do. I love finding new ways to create something fun, beautiful and functional and to make something my own.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In Stock Items:
I want you completely happy with your purchase... if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, it may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping fees. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact me ASAP if you have any concerns or if the art was damaged in shipping. I will replace or refund the damaged item once it has been returned to me.
Custom Made or Personalized Items:
We strive to provide constant communication about the product we are designing for your since most of our orders are custom. We will provide you with images of your items throughout the process to make sure it is what you want.
If an item is received and it is not as it was in the final image we sent we will fix the error and replace the item free of charge. If an item is received and is different than what the buyer was wanting but matches the image from the proof and product picture and the buyer had agreed to the images, it will NOT be replaced.
These rules apply to the product being the wrong size, color, having spelling, capitalization, or grammar errors, or the wrong image. We make sure that the item is exactly what you are looking for BEFORE we make it so please take time to make sure it is what you want before you agree to it.

PAYMENTS
Payment is due at the time of order via cash or credit.
SHIPPING
We ship primarily via USPS First Class or Priority but also have FedEx options as well. All orders will have a tracking number and insurance included. Most orders will be processed in 3-7 business days and shipped via USPS. However, if you have a need for faster processing and overnight delivery, please contact us, as we are more than happy to work with you if overnight shipping is needed.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping rates that are calculated are accurate, so please message me with questions BEFORE ORDERING!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We want to make sure your item is exactly what you are looking for. We are more than happy to help you with basic designing of your idea. If you need help creating a design or your idea requires in-depth designing, a design fee will apply. We will let you know prior to placing the order if one is required.
If you are looking to place a bulk order (more than five items from our shop, any combination), please CONTACT US so we can create a custom order for you. Depending on the product you are ordering we may have bulk pricing available and want to make sure that you are being charged the correct shipping. Failure to contact us will result in you paying standard pricing and the shipping that calculates. No refunds will be given.
